What You Will Learn
Reiki Level 2
This Reiki Level 2, traditionally known as Okuden, meaning “inner” or “deeper teaching,” is the next step for those who have completed Reiki Level 1 and are ready to expand their practice.
Across two immersive days, you will deepen your connection with Reiki, receive two Level 2 attunements, learn two new Reiki symbols, explore mental and emotional healing, distant Reiki and traditional Japanese techniques.
This level is much more practice-based, with plenty of time to give and receive Reiki, work with the symbols and techniques, and build confidence in treating others.
Training takes place in a small group, allowing plenty of space for individual guidance, questions and integration.
Course Content & Teachings

• Understanding Okuden and progressing from Level 1
• Deepening your connection and sensitivity to Reiki
• Developing greater confidence and intuitive awareness
• Continuing your own self-Reiki practice -
• Working with Reiki for mental and emotional wellbeing
• Using Sei He Ki in self-treatment and treatments for others
• Meditation and practical work with the symbol -
• Understanding and working with the Distance Symbol
• Sending Reiki when someone is not physically present
• Using photographs, names and other correspondences
• Practising distant Reiki -
Developing your relationship with the visual symbols and their associated mantras through drawing, visualisation, meditation and practice.

• Reiji-ho – intuitive guidance during treatment
• Byosen Reikan-ho & Hibiki – sensing energetic areas and responses
• Kenyoku-ho – energetic cleansing
• Hatsurei-ho – cultivating and strengthening Ki
• Joshin Kokyu-ho & Seishin Toitsu – breath, Hara and focused awareness
• Koki-ho – Reiki through the breath
• Gyoshi-ho – Reiki through the gaze
• Reiki Undo – spontaneous movement within personal Reiki practice
• Oshite Chiryo-ho – Reiki with gentle pressure
• Enkaku Chiryo-ho – distant Reiki treatment -
• Giving and receiving complete Reiki treatments
• Incorporating the Level 2 symbols into sessions
• Mental and emotional Reiki

Additional Teachings
This course goes beyond technique.
Drawing from my experience in energy work, somatic healing and holistic therapies, I will also share additional practices and understanding gathered through years of training and professional work.
There will be space throughout the two days for meditation, discussion, energetic awareness, questions and practical exploration.
You will receive:
• During the training, you will receive two Reiki Level 2 attunements, supporting your progression into Okuden and your work with the Level 2 symbols.
• Following the course, you will continue with a 21-day Level 2 self-healing and integration practice, giving you time to work with what you have received and deepen your connection through personal experience.
• The two days combine teaching, meditation, attunements and plenty of practical experience, giving you the opportunity to both give and receive Reiki.

• Private WhatsApp group for student support and questions
• 1 live group Zoom follow-up call approximately one month later
This creates space for integration, reflection and continued guidance as you begin using Reiki Level 2 independently.

Time: 09:00am – 6:00pm each day
Small group training — maximum 6 students.
